In preparation for a SERC session, “Finding Your Angle,” Russ Sanford and Donna Corlew are looking for three individuals, each with 4-7 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, who want to move into a Senior Leadership role. Through collaboration with the selected participants, their personalized development plan to become a marketing/BD leader and develop leadership buy-in will be presented as case studies during the session on Thurs, 6 March 2014, at 10:15 a.m.
