Boot Camp #3: How to Find Out What Your Clients Really Think: Identifying the Unspoken Clues

During the latest SMPS Atlanta Boot Camp attendees enjoyed this fun, interactive session exploring the basics of whole-brain thinking and its impact on our communication behaviors. Attendees learned strategies for recognizing and reading others’ communication clues and how they can relate to and connect more effectively with clients.

Member in the Spotlight - Jenn Bollenbacher

Jenn Bollenbacher is a member of the Communications Committee and aids in the management of the SMPS Atlanta social media channels. After graduating from Tufts University in 2010, Jenn moved to Atlanta for a change of scenery (and climate!) She joined DPR Construction in 2011 and serves as a marketing coordinator in the Atlanta region. DPR is a national general contractor focused on the core markets of health care, life sciences, higher education, advanced technology and corporate office. Her role includes responding to requests for proposals, developing marketing collateral, and promoting DPR in general. In her spare time she plays kickball and tries to do as much yoga as possible.

"What I love most about SMPS is the ability to learn from my peers. Being new to the AEC industry when I first started, SMPS was a valuable resource to help me discover new trends and tools in the industry. Aside from the fantastic and educational programs, the other SMPS members were incredibly welcoming and eager to introduce me to their companies and ideas.
