Session Overview:

Growth has returned to the federal market, in particular in the Department of Defense, with several years of strong budget increases. From a funding point of view, the market also has some predictability for the next couple years with the passage of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2019 laying out top line spending for 2020-2021 and through the next Presidential Election. What does 2020 hold for companies competing in the federal architecture, engineering and construction market and what's the outlook for 2021 and beyond? How are the regulatory changes and competitive environment shaping how agencies are buying AEC related services and what does that mean for how companies compete? This session will provide a data based view of the federal AEC market, how it has performed, where it is headed and what successful AEC firms are doing to grow amidst a tumultuous market.
