“If only we’d known!” Dreaded words to hear only seconds after finding out your toughest competitor just landed that new project you worked so hard to win.
- What did they present that your team didn’t?
- What did they know?
- What did we forget . . .
- How can we STAND OUT from our competitors?
Are these questions you have asked? Sometimes the difference between a win and loss is a simple aspect that s e t s y o u a p a r t, and other times, it’s taking a risk.
Our final Boot Camp of 2012 will center on the successful team stories from our three speakers, all experienced at getting the big win, and feeling the sting of defeat! Lee Jarboe, CPSM with McCarthy Building Companies, Erik Grandowski with Collins, Cooper Carusi Architects, and Lee Carroll with Hermosa Construction Group will speak to different elements of getting the win and mitigating the loss. This camp was developed to provide information for all aspects of professional services marketing by focusing on:
- how to develop the business contacts, relationships and knowledge to pursue (and win) projects
- how to develop the collateral “tools” that are effective in securing work
- different case studies of actual projects won, and how they did it
Following their presentations, you will be able to ask questions & get answers in a panel format.
Enable yourself in the best way possible! Listen, Ask, Educate, Act!
