Kevin Grass – Principal – Noble Investment Group
Mr. Grass is a principal with responsibility for leading Noble’s project management team in the execution of development related projects. Mr. Grass is responsible for the organization’s proprietary in house project estimating and management systems that enables asset refresh, major renovation/conversion, and new construction projects to be delivered at the highest level of quality, on schedule and on budget. Prior to joining Noble as a partner in 2006, Mr. Grass was executive vice president for the Winter Construction Company where he led pre-construction services and led the hospitality division. Scott Selig – VP – Selig Enterprises
Scott Selig, Vice President, Acquisitions and Development graduated in 1993 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate. He attained his MBA from the University of Georgia in Real Estate and Strategic Management. Scott also received his CCIM designation in June of 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Midtown Alliance, Buckhead Community Improvement District and the Buckhead Coalition. His leadership role in charitable and community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, the Ron Clark Academy, Camp Twin Lakes as well as many City Committees. During his tenure at Selig Enterprises, Inc., Scott has been the recipient of such prestigious awards as The State of Georgia Outstanding Citizen Recognition Award, Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “40 under 40″ To Watch and most recently the recipient of the President’s Award from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
Paul Breslin – Managing Partner – Panther Hospitality
Paul Breslin is the managing partner of Panther Hospitality, a consulting practice founded in 2005. He heads a team of industry professionals who guide developers and hoteliers in all aspects of their businesses from property acquisition and infrastructure to the successful opening and operating of a hotel. A 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Mr. Breslin is responsible for casting the vision and setting the direction of the hospitality consulting practice.
