Malory Atkinson SMPS Atlanta’s Director of Communicationsis the Business Development Manager for Foresite Group, an engineering, planning, design, and landscape architecture firm. She has been in the AEC industry since 2005, and an active member of SMPS since joining in 2008, immediately getting involved on the Membership and Communications Committee. Malory became the Newsletter Editor for the SMPS Inspiration for the 2009-2010 year, and has since been elected as Director of Communications for 2010-2011. She has been an active participant in the chapter’s social media initiatives while continuing to write articles and edit for the chapter newsletter. She is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Building Construction and is a native to Atlanta. Malory enjoys blogging, running, traveling, painting, cooking, and playing with her cocker spaniel, Jasper.
